 You must have:

• Reliable transportation to and from the office at 4007 N. Taliaferro Ave. Tampa FL 33603
• Must be computer literate (a computer, 2 screens, and headset will be provided in-office)
• 8 hrs/day minimum (between 9 - 5 or 4 - 8 pm)
• Be willing to cold call as part of your initial training before putting you on costly warm leads

 How The Apprentice Position Works:

With our guidance, training, and direction, you will:

• Generate new seller leads every day
• Build a cash buyers list to sell deals
• Review and follow-up on new leads
• Call, follow-up with and talk to sellers
• Make offers and fill out paperwork
• Talk with buyers & "sell" wholesale deals
• Follow-up and coordinate closings

During the interview we will discuss:

• Expectations for the next 3 months (i.e. schedule, compensation, growth opportunities beyond apprenticeship).
•  "Your Commitment Level". We'll be making a valuable investment in time training you and we need to know you're serious about growing. Because this is NOT coaching/mentoring, there is no pitch or $10k investment you'll have to make up front, you have nothing to lose, but we do.
